Are you a strategic procurement leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving excellence in international supply chains? Join us in shaping the future of global sourcing through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities

• Leading and developing the local purchasing team, setting clear goals, and enabling success through coaching and empowerment
• Working closely with the Rychiger AG Purchasing Director to ensure consistent application of purchasing strategies across the Group
• Defining and implementing procurement strategies for goods and services in line with Group policies and business needs
• Leading supplier development, qualification, and risk management for key components
• Establishing and monitoring Group-wide KPIs in collaboration with the Purchasing Director, ensuring transparency and comparability across locations
• Promoting best practices and key buyer concepts across material groups
• Harmonizing purchasing processes and facilitating knowledge exchange across Group locations
• Ensuring the achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets while identifying new sourcing opportunities
• Supporting negotiations with key suppliers and managing supplier relationships, including those with drawing suppliers, to achieve high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective deliveries of machine components.

Why you will succeed

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree with a specialization in technical services, procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or engineering – with experience in strategic purchasing and service
• Strong technical skills in engineering
• Proven experience in supplier development and sourcing, internationally leading, in the machinery or capital goods industry
• High level of cross-cultural competence, strong managerial and strategic skills
• Excellent project management skills are an advantage
• Fluency in Polish and English, German is an option.

What you can expect

Rychiger Poland designs, manufactures, assembles, and tests machinery and equipment.

About 60-70% of our production consists of short-run machine parts manufactured on CNC machines, including heat and thermochemical treatment and coating. We also process iron and steel forgings and castings, aluminum, hardened materials, and tool steels. Our main industries include machinery and automated production lines, energy (steam and gas turbine components), oil exploration equipment components, and automotive components.
