The role includes early customer engagement, leading regional application engineering and business development activities, and providing training. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical roles.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Application Engineering and Business Development activities.
• Organize and conduct Customer Transformer Trainings.
• Deliver off-cycle technical support to customer contacts.
• Conduct internal technical trainings and strategy recommendations.
• Participate in Capture Teams and contribute to HUB market plans.
• Develop technical presentations and provide customer feedback.
