Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience, including building production-grade systems.
• Experience leading or acting as technical lead for engineering teams.
• Background in modern web development, with technologies such as C#, .NET Core, SQL and React.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable system design.
• Experience with Azure or AWS or GCP, microservices, containerisation, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• A passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-augmented development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in distributed teams.
• Fluent English.

We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help us build something exciting from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead a new engineering team in Poland, shaping the way we design, build and deliver modern software for the pharmaceutical industry. You'll work on next-generation software solutions for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) space - a fast-evolving area where technology, data and AI are transforming how clinical trial documentation is managed.
