  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable data solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Take ownership of technical direction, make sound architectural decisions, and drive delivery from design through production support.
  • Raise engineering standards through mentoring, constructive code reviews, and consistent practices for quality, governance, automation, and operational resilience.
  • Communicate clearly, act proactively, and balance delivery priorities with performance, cost, security, and long‑term maintainability.

  • Demonstrated technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, CI/CD and testing practices, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring of data engineers.
It would be ideal if you also:
  • Hold a SnowPro certification or equivalent credentials demonstrating advanced expertise in Snowflake architecture and development.
  • Have experience with Snowpark, dbt, stream and task automation, or Snowflake capabilities such as secure data sharing and Cortex AI.
  • Bring experience from banking, financial services, or regulatory reporting environments with demanding data governance, lineage, audit, and resilience requirements.
