Job summary

Transcenda is seeking a Lead QA Engineer with hands-on software testing expertise and team leadership. The role focuses on driving product quality for the ingestion platform, building automated tests for data pipelines, and integrating AI-based testing agents into the workflow.

The ideal candidate has strong backend and data platform testing experience, proficiency in Python, and a track record of owning product quality end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software testing experience.

• Strong functional testing experience.
• Experience owning product quality as a whole.
• Strong backend testing experience and data platform testing.
• Python is required; Robot Framework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality including functional and automation testing for Sync team (ingestion platform).
• Build and maintain automated tests for data pipeline workflows.
• Work with AI-based testing agents to generate and automate tests.
• Help implement existing AI test agents into the Sync repository.
• Collaborate with engineers and testers across the team.

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer with hands-on experience in software testing and team leadership.

Our client is a US based company, a recognized leader in the healthcare domain offering Saas-based solutions. The product portfolio addresses the all the digital needs around running clinical trials.

The project is a next-generation data management and quality platform that enables seamless access to integrated data from clinical trials. The products we work on streamline data aggregation, standardization, and management workflows - reducing burden, accelerating review timelines, increasing data quality, mitigating risk, and ultimately improving patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product quality including functional and automation testing for Sync team (ingestion platform)
• Build and maintain automated tests for data pipeline workflows
• Work with AI-based testing agents to generate and automate tests
