Mindbox is seeking a Lead Python Developer to join the Financial Engineering unit within Global Risk Analytics (GRA). You will build Python-based platforms, drive libraries and testing frameworks, and ensure scalable risk-model deployment across Europe.

We are looking for a Lead Python Developer to join the Financial Engineering unit within Global Risk Analytics (GRA). This role is part of the Model Enablement team, which collaborates closely with Wholesale Credit Risk modellers and drives adoption of toolkits for credit risk model development.

The position involves building and improving Python-based platforms, contributing to the development of large libraries and testing frameworks, and ensuring efficient workflows and consistent implementation of risk models globally. You will also be responsible for optimizing model deployment processes and streamlining operations to reduce cost, time, and risk.
