Job description

We are building the next generation of corporate travel distribution infrastructure, and we need a product leader who has lived it — someone who truly understands how corporates buy travel, how TMCs operate, and what it takes to connect both sides through modern technology.

This role owns the product strategy and delivery roadmap for solutions that serve corporate travel buyers, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and their shared workflows — from policy-compliant fare sourcing and approval flows through to post-booking servicing, duty-of-care, and reporting. You will sit at the intersection of corporate travel programme management, TMC operations, and airline distribution (GDS/NDC), translating the real-world complexity of these relationships into scalable, elegant platform capabilities.

Day to day, you will engage directly with corporate customers, TMC partners, and airline commercial teams to deeply understand their pain points and turn complex B2B requirements into products that drive measurable business value. We are looking for someone who can speak the language of travel managers, TMC operations leads, and procurement teams as fluently as they speak the language of product strategy and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for corporate travel and TMC-facing capabilities, communicating it persuasively to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Translate corporate customer pain points — travel policy enforcement, traveller adoption, approval workflows, duty-of-care — and TMC partner requirements into a coherent, prioritised product strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across corporate booking tools, TMC platforms, expense management integrations, and emerging AI-powered travel management solutions to identify opportunities and validate feature viability.
  • Monitor evolving corporate travel trends — including managed vs. unmanaged spend, sustainability reporting, and blended (bleisure) travel — and factor these into product direction.
Discovery & Delivery

Lead refinement of new features and enhancements, ensuring input from corporate customers, TMC partners, commercial teams, and engineering.

Define clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes with measurable success indicators tied to corporate and TMC use cases.

Own and maintain a prioritised backlog, balancing strategic initiatives with delivery capacity.

Drive delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs) that generate measurable value for corporate and TMC users.

Ensure developed features meet defined acceptance criteria and business objectives before release.

Insights & Continuous Improvement

Validate product success through customer feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes — tracking how corporate buyers and TMCs actually use the platform, not just whether features shipped.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on TMC operational feedback, corporate programme reviews, and market shifts.

Act as the domain authority for corporate travel and TMC distribution within the product team, mentoring colleagues and accelerating collective understanding of this ecosystem.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, helping engineering, commercial, and operations teams understand corporate travel nuances — from mid-office servicing to back-office reconciliation — and their implications for platform decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key TMC and corporate stakeholders, serving as a trusted product partner rather than just a requirements gatherer.

What You Bring
Corporate Travel & TMC Domain Expertise

Extensive hands-on experience in corporate travel — whether from a TMC, a corporate travel technology provider, an Online Booking Tool (OBT), or a corporate travel buyer environment.

Deep understanding of how TMCs operate: mid-office and back-office workflows, servicing, fulfilment, fare sourcing, ticketing, and corporate programme management.

Strong familiarity with corporate travel buyer needs including travel policy configuration, approval flows, duty-of-care, traveller tracking, and programme reporting.

Working knowledge of GDS, NDC, Offer & Order Management, and how these distribution channels serve the corporate travel ecosystem specifically.

Product & Technical Skills

Proven product management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and business outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment — ideally within travel technology.

Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform-based products, particularly in the context of TMC and corporate system connectivity.

Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Ability to build trust and credibility with corporate travel managers, TMC operations teams, and airline commercial partners alike.

Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills — comfortable presenting to C-level corporate buyers as well as facilitating technical grooming sessions.

Strong leadership, prioritisation, and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with corporate travel expense integration, HR feed connectivity, or ERP system interfaces.

Familiarity with IATA's ONE Order initiative and its implications for corporate travel servicing.

Background in or exposure to travel programme consulting or TMC account management.

Why Join Us

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how corporate travel is distributed and managed — working at the cutting edge of airline retailing standards, alongside industry-leading TMC and corporate partners, in a team that values ownership, curiosity, and impact. If you have spent your career in the corporate travel world and is ready to channel that expertise into building the platform that modernises it, we would love to hear from you.
