Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. seeks a senior Power Platform Architect to drive the strategic development and technical delivery of AI and GenAI solutions across compliance operations.

You will own architecture decisions, lead design of Power Apps, and oversee automation via Power Automate in regulated environments. The role requires guiding technical teams, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure implementations across SharePoint and external APIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Expert-level Power Automate workflow implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Experience defining solution architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Experience implementing Power Platform security and access models.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and external APIs.
• Experience leading data migration initiatives.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Power Platform solutions.
• Own Power Platform architecture and technical design decisions.
• Lead design and implementation of Power Apps applications.
• Lead Power Automate workflow and process automation implementation.
• Support Dataverse data model design and governance.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines and best practices.
• Manage technical dependencies across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Design integrations with SharePoint, APIs and enterprise data platforms.
• Establish ALM, source control, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Conduct technical reviews and approve solution designs.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
• Drive performance optimization and scalability improvements.
• Support HLD creation and architecture governance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams.
• Support production deployment, cutover and hypercare activities.
