Job summary

PACS in Poland is seeking an LPN/LVN supervisor responsible for delivering direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with standards and facility policies.

You will direct daily nursing operations, administer medications, maintain charts, and coordinate with physicians and other staff to maintain high-quality care.

This role requires a nursing degree or LPN/LVN program, current license, and strong leadership and English communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or graduate of LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities across nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants in the facility.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians and verify resident identity.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure compliance with policies.
• Complete required documentation and charting for residents.
• Coordinate care plans and participate in resident discharge planning.
