Job summary

Mars is undergoing a Digital Core/EOS transformation, replacing ERP with a SAP ecosystem using S/4 Hana. You will design high-level interfaces for the EOS IAP team to support major business processes.

Leveraging API, Events, iPaaS and EDI, you will enable reusable components across S/4 and edge systems, collaborating with architects and delivery teams to drive production deployments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, IT, or management.
• 8+ years IT experience in applications or technology.
• 5+ years implementing integration architecture with API management, Event Mesh, iPaaS, EDI.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders and technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with global process owners and digital technology leads to understand requirements.
• Identify non-functional requirements related to performance, security, data and infra.
• Drive solution design balancing composability with fast program pace.
• Support delivery teams through the software life cycle to production.
• Collaborate with Enterprise architects, SI and external experts on Mars tech portfolio.

Job description

Job Description:

Mars is embarking on a major Digital & Business Transformation initiative called Digital Core/EOS, which implies replacing existing ERPs with a new SAP ecosystem leveraging S/4 Hana.

As a member of the EOS IAP team (integration, automation & process intelligence) you will be responsible for the high-level design of interfaces supporting the program's major business processes.

Combining the knowledge of best-in-class integration technologies (API, Events, iPaaS, EDI) and solid business process understanding, you will design integration solutions enabling composability and reusability of components across S/4 and edge systems as the program expands through Mars business units & segments.

Your key responsibilities will be :

• Liaise with Global process owners and digital technology leads to understand functional requirements and drivers

• Identify and manage key performance, security, data and infrastructure non-functional requirements as part of the design phase

• Drive and influence the solution design, striking a balance between the need for composability and reuse and the program's fast pace of execution

• Assist the delivery team throughout the software delivery life cycle until the solution is deployed in production

• Partner with Enterprise architects, SI and external experts to leverage the latest and emerging technologies as they are included in Mars solution portfolio

Job qualifications:

• Master of Science degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT/computer sciences / Management
• 8+ years of experience within IT, in an IT Application or IT Technology
• 5+ years of experience implementing integration architecture discipline with cloud-based integration technologies including API management, Event Mesh, iPaaS, EDI
• Capacity to communicate efficiently with a wide variety of audiences from senior leaders to technical experts)
