Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice is seeking an FP&A Team Leader within the Global Analytics & Insights group to support Corporate Functions. Based in Katowice, you will report to the Finance (FP&A) Manager and lead a team of (Sr) financial analysts to deliver forecasting, planning, and reporting with strong analytical insights.

You will drive continuous process improvements, partner with stakeholders across functions, and help transform FP&A through standardized practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, PowerBI.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team, including recruiting, developing, and retaining an experienced and engaged team capable of delivering excellent financial analysis and controls.
• Own forecasting, planning and reporting process for area of responsibility.
• Provide relevant and accurate financial analysis to key stakeholders to support decisions.
• Drive and support continuous process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency.
• Identify and resolve recurring performance problems and improvement opportunities.
• Take ownership for transition of new scope.
• Provide Business Partnering across different organizational levels including non-Finance audiences.
• Monitor the team's task portfolio to identify opportunities for centralization, standardization, or elimination of unnecessary work.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from segment Finance & Business Leadership as well as Corporate FP&A.

Job Description

AS a FP&A Team Leader you will be a vital employee within the Global Analytics & Insights team, supporting Corporate Functions. Based in Katowice, you will report to the Finance (FP&A) Manager and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the supporting functions. You will also drive transformation of FP&A processes by leading change management across the organization and leveraging new technologies to enhance process efficiency and deliver insights valued by internal stakeholders.

You will directly supervise a team of (Sr)financial analysts.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A team, including recruiting, developing, and retaining an experienced and engaged team capable of delivering excellent financial analysis and controls

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent
• At least five years of experience in Finance or Accounting

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Fluency in English
• Willingness to challenge the status quo to improve productivity and processes
• Previous experience managing a team
• Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, PowerBI
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and time zones
• Project management experience
