Job summary

Gusti Leder- in Rosówek, Poland, seeks an In-house Project Architect to lead the design of a new warehouse and integrated office facility. You will develop concepts, coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, and produce complete construction documentation for execution by a selected construction company.

The role requires several years of experience in industrial or logistics facility design, licensing to sign projects, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture required.
Licensed Architect with right to sign architectural projects in Poland or equivalent.
Experience designing industrial, warehouse or logistics facilities.
Experience managing projects from concept through construction documents.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Develop the architectural concept for a new warehouse and office building.
Design functional warehouse, office, social and circulation areas.
Prepare architectural and technical documentation for the investment.
Coordinate all engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, HVAC, fire protection).
Collaborate with external consultants, engineers, surveyors and specialists.
Prepare documentation for permits and regulatory approvals.
Liaise with authorities and stakeholders through the approval process.
Deliver construction documentation ready for execution by the contractor.
Support tender process and evaluate contractor proposals.
Provide technical clarification during construction.
Perform architectural site supervision to ensure adherence to design.
Report progress directly to Management Board.
