ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a seasoned Power BI professional to lead full-stack BI development in Warsaw. The role combines dashboard/data model development with strong data integration using SQL Server, REST APIs, and advanced DAX/Power Query techniques.

You will design scalable BI solutions, optimize performance, document architectures, and present solutions to stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and responsibility for support on complex issues are expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full-stack Power BI support or developer role (custom solutions development, dashboards, data models, paginated reports).
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server applications development with T-SQL, plus experience with REST API and Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language) including data optimization and advanced analytics.
• Experience with performance tuning via SQL source optimization, views, and maximizing query folding.
• Ability to elicit requirements and draft specifications for final solutions.
• Teamwork and ability to present to business stakeholders and other audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and develops the system with Power BI as core platform.
• Optimizes software for performance, security, and quality.
• Produces technical documentation and estimates development effort.
• Sets software development standards and proposes technical solutions.
• Collects and interprets software metrics; manages configurations and releases.
• Participates in requirements analysis, testing, QA, change management, and deployment.
• Prototypes solutions and provides 2nd/3rd line support.
