Logitech is seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer in Krakow to lead the technical lifecycle of complex firmware subsystems. As a key member of our team, you will drive architectural decisions, enhance code quality, and mentor engineers.

You will be a foundational technical leader for our growing team in Krakow, driving the architectural direction and delivery of core software modules for our next-generation devices. As a Lead Firmware Engineer, you will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle of complex firmware subsystems, defining standards for performance, security, and scalability. You will act as the primary bridge between cross-functional architecture teams and implementation, steering technical strategy, unblocking engineering teams, and cultivating a high-performing engineering culture through active mentorship.

This position offers a base salary typically between zł 246,800 and zł 376,400 per year. Actual compensation will depend on factors including location, experience, skills, and business needs. Additional benefits are provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable country policies.
