Air Liquide Engineering & Construction seeks a seasoned Control System & Cybersecurity Specialist in Kraków, Poland. You will serve as a technical expert for control systems hardware engineering and industrial cybersecurity across the project lifecycle.
You will ensure architectures are robust, compliant with group standards, and designed with Secure by Design principles, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across bidding, FEED, execution and commissioning.

We're looking for a Control System & Cybersecurity Specialist. Within the Control System & Cybersecurity department of Air Liquide E&C One Europe, you will act as a technical expert and reference point for control systems hardware engineering and industrial cybersecurity. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle—from bidding and FEED phases to execution and commissioning. Your role is to ensure that deployed architectures are robust, optimized, and strictly aligned with Group standards by incorporating a Secure by Design approach. The role in based in Kraków, Poland.
As part of the organization of proposals and the implementation of projects and in addition to his/her mission as an Engineering specialist, the Control System Specialist is responsible for:
Definition of the unit's control strategy in accordance with the input data (contract, process, environment, etc.), including the Safety SIL segregation (BPCS/SIS/ESD)
Participation in the definition of BPCS / SIS Architecture system and package monitoring
Participation in the System Engineering Design (Hard & Soft)
Participation in the system Procurement phase
Participation in VENDOR PACKAGES clarifications (Machines, etc.) and validation Post Order documentation
Participation in the Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT, SAT) for hardware and software for BPCS and SIS systems;
Coordination of the Package Units, interfaces to other discipline, client and vendors
