Who You Are
A high-energy Lead Engagement Specialist (industry equivalent: SDR - Sales Development Representative / BDR - Business Development Representative) who turns cold and warm demand into qualified, excited prospects. You're fluent with AI tools, disciplined with CRM hygiene, and relentless about booking quality meetings that convert.
Role Overview
Own outbound + early-stage inbound engagement: build ICP lists, personalize at scale (with AI), execute multi-touch sequences, qualify, and hand off Sales-Accepted Leads (SALs) to Setters/Closers with crisp notes and context. You'll partner with Marketing, Automations, Product, and CX to keep funnels moving and learning loops tight.
