Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Customs Agency Team Leader to manage the customs operation, coordinate the team, ensure accurate and timely declarations, and maintain compliance with regulations. The role also involves developing team members and driving continuous process improvements within an international context.

You will collaborate with transportation, warehouse, and accounting teams to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with customers and authorities in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customs operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
• Experience coordinating a team and working with external authorities.
• Excellent communication and service quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team workload and set priorities.
• Supervise accurate and timely processing of customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide professional support.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehouse, accounting, and other teams.
• Monitor customs guarantees and securities.
• Prepare applications, appeals, and explanations within authorizations.
• Oversee circulation, registration, and archiving of documents.
• Monitor changes in customs regulations and implement daily updates.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
