Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including people leadership.
• Experience in Technical Complaints or Customs Classification.
• Experience in pharma industry or shared-service environment is an advantage.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• As Complaints and Customs Team Manager, provide people and operational leadership for the two teams, focusing on compliance and development.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely service delivery in GMP and customs contexts.
• Provide operational oversight to ensure activities are accurate, compliant and on time.
• Ensure internal controls, audits, and policies are followed across teams.
• Oversee workload, priorities, and escalations.
• Support system deployments, transitions, and process changes.
• Serve as a key contact for Quality, Production, Quality Control, Technical Services, Supply Chain, Customs and related functions.
• Drive standardization, automation, and performance improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels to uphold excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead transition of services into GBS Wroclaw, manage knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and readiness.
