Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions, on behalf of our client, seeks a Lead Commissioning Engineer for an on-site role in Nysa, Poland. You will act as the client’s representative, coordinating commissioning activities to align with safety requirements, quality standards, and project milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of experience in commissioning, start-up, or project delivery on large industrial/EPC projects.
Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken) mandatory.
Experience coordinating commissioning contractors rather than hands-on commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead overall commissioning coordination across all project disciplines.
Represent the client during commissioning, start-up, and handover activities.
Coordinate commissioning contractors, vendors, construction teams, operations personnel, and stakeholders.
Review commissioning strategies, schedules, procedures, and execution plans.
Ensure systems are handed over per project requirements and completion procedures.
Promote safety culture across commissioning and start-up activities.
