Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Commissioning Technician to participate in international projects, from first start-up to client-site final tests. The role involves frequent travel (≈60%) across the USA and Europe, diagnosing problems, collaborating with engineering teams, and implementing solutions directly at client sites.

The ideal candidate has solid technical foundations in electrical/electronic/mechatronic fields and will develop automation and PLC programming skills, with onboarding, training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commissioning or maintenance of industrial machines.
• Knowledge of I/O checks (input/output signals).
• Experience with automation devices (inverters, sensors, servo drives).
• Reading and following technical/project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and start-up of industrial machines and equipment according to documentation.
• Test machines and software to ensure correct operation.
• Check electrical connections and I/O signals.
• Parameterize automation devices (inverters, sensors, servo drives).
• Verify installation operation, mechanics and sensor positions before handover.
