Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• Over 7 years clinical research experience including 4 years project management.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local laws relevant to clinical trials.
• English language with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid defense presentations with Business Development across multiple regions.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Oversee strategic planning and execution of clinical studies per contract.
• Set objectives for the core team and assess performance.
• Monitor progress and report project information to stakeholders.
• Ensure financial success and forecast opportunities to accelerate revenue.
