Job summary

Kapadi is seeking a Lead Data Manager to oversee the data management activities for allocated projects in Poland. You will ensure DM deliverables align with timelines, guide the DM team, and adjust resources as needed while adhering to protocols and GCP standards.

The role requires a university degree in bioengineering or life sciences, English fluency, and at least 2 years of data management experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic programming (R/SAS) is a plus.

Qualifications

University degree in bioengineering, life science or related field.
Fluency in English.
Minimum 2 years of clinical data management experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions.
Independence in planning activities, resources and time to achieve goals.
Communication skills, teamwork and client liaison ability.
Some programming skills (R, SAS) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the data management delivery for allocated projects.
Ensure DM deliverables meet established timelines.
Allocate resources within the DM study team to meet milestones.
Oversee adherence to protocols, global SOPs, and GCP standards.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to build timelines and coordinate with leads.
Monitor other Biometrics deliverables to support risk mitigation.
Perform quality control across the study data.
Reconciling clinical, safety, and laboratory data with third party sources.
