Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. in Krakow is seeking a Lead AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer to design, configure, and integrate low‑level software for ECU platforms, with hands‑on AUTOSAR Classic BSW, MCAL and SWCs, and a strong focus on ASPICE and ISO 26262.

You will implement BswM mode management, EcuM, ComM coordination and power‑state handling, while applying MISRA‑C and using tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, TRACE32, Lauterbach, and Git/Gerrit in a modern CI/CD environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on Embedded C development for real-time ECUs.
Experience configuring AUTOSAR Classic BSW stacks.
Experience with automotive MCUs (Infineon AURIX TC3xx).
Familiarity with ASPICE SWE processes and ISO 26262 requirements.
Proficiency with diagnostic/IDL tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep knowledge of AUTOSAR Mode Management (BswM, EcuM, ComM).

Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and integrate AUTOSAR Classic BSW modules, MCAL drivers, and SWCs for embedded ECUs.
Develop MISRA-C compliant software, perform unit/integration tests, and debug on target hardware.
Ensure lifecycle compliance with ASPICE SWE.1–SWE.3 and traceability.
Investigate defects, participate in code reviews, and integrate builds into CI/CD pipelines.
Configure AUTOSAR Mode Management components (BswM, EcuM, ComM) for startup/shutdown/state transitions.
Implement power-management rules for sleep/wake cycles and voltage states.
