Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking a Junior AUTOSAR Software Developer to join our automotive platform engineering team in Kraków.

You will develop, configure, and test low-level software components and Application SWCs for Zone Controller Platform, guided by senior engineers. You will write embedded C code, learn AUTOSAR Classic stack configuration, and participate in bench testing while following ASPICE software engineering practices.

Qualifications

Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or equivalent practical project experience.
Core C programming for microcontrollers and real-time systems.
Understanding of microcontroller architecture (registers, memory mapping, interrupts, timers, ADC, SPI, UART).
Conceptual understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) and AUTOSAR basics.
Basic experience with version control (Git), debuggers, and IDEs.
Basic understanding of software engineering lifecycles and quality standards (ASPICE / ISO 26262).

Responsibilities

Write, modify, and maintain embedded C software components per design specs and MISRA-C guidelines.
Assist in configuring AUTOSAR Classic BSW modules, MCAL drivers, and software component interfaces.
Execute unit tests, run static analysis tools, and support debugging on hardware targets.
Document unit designs and test results to ensure ASPICE compliance.
Resolve basic tickets, participate in peer code reviews, and manage code updates via version control pipelines.
