LRQA is seeking a Subcontractor Lead Assessor for Environment, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety to verify management systems nationwide. You will work alone or with a team, applying expert knowledge to assess implementation and drive improvements in quality, safety and environmental management.

The role requires a technical engineering background, 5+ years in the sector, cross-border travel (50–80 days), and strong communication in Polish and English.

Formación

• Technical university degree such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering or related.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the technical industry (e.g. electronics, automotive, aerospace, mechanical).
• Wide knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 and ideally also ISO 50001; preferably with managerial experience.
• Preferably qualified third party auditor in quality, environment and safety management systems.
• Business fluent in Polish and English.
• Preparedness to travel around the country for approximately 50–80 days.
• Analytic insight and proactive attitude, strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• As a Lead Auditor at LRQA you will - alone or in a team - verify management systems in the area of quality, safety and environment. You will act as an expert and examine and assess the implementation of management systems at our clients all around the country. Your goal is to contribute to the improvement of the overall systems.
