Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a cloud infrastructure SME responsible for the performance, availability, and reliability of our cloud-based services and underlying infrastructure.

You will act as a technical SME, lead investigations of complex incidents, and develop automation in Python and Ansible to streamline operations. The role requires strong Linux, containerization, and networking expertise, with on-call rotations and 24/7 coverage as part of a follow-the-sun model.

Qualifications

• Industry-standard cloud infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage containerised apps and infrastructure in Kubernetes/OpenShift/OpenStack.
• Lead high-severity incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain Python/Ansible automation for daily ops.
• Provide end-to-end escalation, monitoring, and emergency support.
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
