Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a KYC Analyst to participate in AML monitoring and governance while supporting the development of Citi's internal KYC program. The role involves creating and validating KYC records, collaborating with Compliance and Relationship Management, and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree, be fluent in English and Arabic, and thrive in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• AML/KYC familiarity is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities required.
• Fluent English and Arabic, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Management and Compliance to prepare, develop, and approve electronic KYC records and workflows.
• Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate to update system information from initiation to approval of KYC records and report progress to supervisor.
• Validate information within KYC records and CIP documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure KYC records comply with local regulatory requirements and Global KYC Standards.
