Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Poland is hiring a KYC Analyst to support our Know Your Customer processes within the AML framework. The role focuses on timely collection and updating client data during reviews and account openings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to prepare, refresh, due diligence and approval of electronic KYC records, and you will search for client information across internal and external sources, including Google.

Qualifications

• English written and spoken.
• French written and spoken (asset).
• Analytical approach and curiosity factor.
• Good Internet and Research skills.
• Effective Time management skills.
• Ability to tasks prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal Stakeholders to assist with the preparation, refresh, due diligence and approval of the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) record and supporting appendices.
• Searching for Client information on different internal and external sources e.g. Google
