Job summary

Linklaters Warsaw is recruiting for a KYC / AML Specialist to join our global Legal & Risk team. You will conduct client due diligence, assess financial crime risks, and work with lawyers on KYC and compliance requirements in a hybrid Warsaw role.

You’ll support sanctions screening and audit responses, prepare compliance reports, and help develop our business acceptance systems and tools. Strong English (min B2) is required; Polish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years AML/KYC, CDD and EDD, or compliance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with databases and new systems.
• English at least B2; Polish or another firm language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client due diligence end-to-end processes and risk assessments.
• Identify and assess reputational and financial crime risks.
• Liaise with lawyers on risk, KYC and compliance requirements.
• Support sanctions screening and related reviews.
• Prepare financial crime compliance reports and audit responses.
• Use and help develop business acceptance systems and tools.
