Job summary

JobCubby is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to manage containerized environments, orchestrate Kubernetes-based systems, and develop automation and APIs to support production operations.

The role requires strong Linux/Kubernetes knowledge, scripting in Bash or Python/Go, and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible, as well as observability platforms such as Splunk and Datadog. English proficiency is essential for business communication.

Qualifications

Administrative knowledge with hands-on experience with container and Kubernetes infrastructure and production operations.
Engineering skillset to manage infrastructure by developing automation, APIs and pipelines.
Core competencies: Linux OS, Container, Kubernetes and K8S-native systems like Istio, Cilium, CSI solutions.
Ability to script in Bash and to program in Python or Golang.
Ability to use orchestration tools like Jenkins and Ansible and observability tools like Splunk & Datadog.
Experience in infrastructure lifecycle management and development following software lifecycle using Github.
ITIL awareness.
Proactive approach to spot problems, performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Proficiency in English.
