Job summary

Orsted Germany is seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer to operate and improve our Kubernetes platforms across Azure and AWS, ensuring stability, security, and ease of use for multiple product teams.

You will mature our Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, support CI/CD activities, and collaborate with architects, security, and product teams in an international English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience working in an agile, international, English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support Kubernetes clusters (Azure & AWS).
• Maintain and extend IaC using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and participate in incident resolution.
• Support CI/CD activities for platform and product teams.
• Contribute to platform standards, documentation, and self-service.
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and security for compliant usage.

Key responsibilities in this position:

• Operate and support Kubernetes clusters (both Azure and AWS),
