Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a Fullstack Mobile Developer to join a team building modern digital financial products. You’ll work on mobile apps, shared logic, backend services and production systems, with a move toward smaller, autonomous teams and AI-assisted development.

Candidate should be curious, practical, and able to learn quickly, with Kotlin Multiplatform a strong asset and remote work options available. Collaboration with multiple disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Very good experience in creating mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile architecture patterns.
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated tests and production environments.
• Ability to take features from design to production independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop features of mobile applications used by real users.
• Develop shared business logic for mobile platforms (KMP).
• Create backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Work with cloud services, CI/CD, monitoring, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.
• Mentor other developers and help deliver from design to production.
