Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a Fullstack Mobile Developer (Kotlin) to join a team delivering modern digital financial products used by a large customer base. You will build mobile applications, share business logic, and develop backend services using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.

The role emphasizes Kotlin Multiplatform, cross‑team collaboration, and applying AI tools to improve development, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven mobile app development experience with production-grade apps.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile architectures.
• Backend experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Familiar with CI/CD, automated tests and production environments.
• Ability to take features from design to production independently.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Creating and developing features of mobile applications used by real users.
• Developing shared business logic for mobile platforms, mainly using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Creating backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Working with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments.
• Optimizing performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
• Using AI tools to support development, testing, documentation, and problem analysis.
• Close collaboration with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.
• Co-creating engineering best practices and mentoring other developers.
• Responsibility for delivering functionality from design through to production deployment.
