Qualifications

• Mobile app development experience required.
• Knowledge of iOS/Android architectures.
• Proficiency in Kotlin.
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and production environments.
• Ability to take features from design to production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Join a team developing modern digital financial products.
• Work on mobile apps, shared logic, backend services, and production systems.
• Adopt smaller teams with broader product ownership and AI tool usage.
• Learn quickly; demonstrate technological curiosity.
• Create and develop features for mobile apps.
• Develop shared business logic with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Create backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Work with cloud services, CI/CD, monitoring, and production environments.
• Optimize performance, reliability, security, and UX.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to best practices.
• Deliver functionality from design through to production.
