Job summary

Eaton in Poland seeks an ES EMEA Project and CI Manager to drive the Kinaxis implementation for end-to-end planning. You will collaborate with the Business Solution Owner and Business Process Owner ES EMEA to deliver data integration, requirements gathering, testing and deployment across Satellite DC and E33 projects.

The role requires strong project management and change management skills, experience with SAP/KINAXIS, and the ability to lead continuous improvement cycles with SMEs and global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Experience with SAP; Kinaxis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kinaxis deployment for Satellite DC and E33 projects.
• Coordinate ERP data readiness and master data for Kinaxis planning.
• Oversee CI projects and continuous improvement with stakeholders.
