Job summary

Dott in Szczecin is seeking a Driver (all genders) to drive a provided van around the city and maintain our fleet of vehicles for reliable urban mobility.

You will collect, redistribute, and swap batteries using our proprietary app, inspect for damage, and carry out minor repairs. Collaboration with the Operations Manager helps improve processes; EU B license and Polish language required; weekend availability preferred; civil contract; pay 32–34 PLN per hour.

Qualifications

• EU driving license category B required.
• Polish language proficiency required.
• Conscientious and safety-focused approach.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a provided van around the city to maintain the fleet of vehicles.
• Collect, redistribute, and swap batteries using our in-house app.
• Check and document any damage or repairs needed; perform minor repairs on site.
• Collaborate with teammates and the Operations Manager to improve processes and service.
