Overview

Key Account Manager – Arla, Warsaw. Do you want to make a real impact on the development of key customers and co-create sales strategies in one of the most recognized dairy companies in Europe?

In this role, you will collaborate with key retail partners, develop relationships, and implement growth initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and influence strategic decisions.

What you will impact

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key customers, implementing sales strategies, and executing commercial plans. Your work will directly influence business results and strengthen Arla’s market position.

Your main responsibilities
  • Creating short- and long-term sales plans and strategies for selected customers.
  • Implementing marketing and promotional programs in collaboration with customer team.
  • Developing strong relationships with buyers and banner contacts.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and recommending actions to strengthen Arla’s position.
  • Preparing analyses and reports to support growth initiatives.

This position is part of the Sales department, within the Key Account Management area, at the individual contributor level.

What will make you successful

We are looking for someone with experience in managing key accounts, preferably in the FMCG industry, who can build long-term relationships and effectively achieve sales goals.

The ideal candidate has
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management.
  • Knowledge of the retail market and ability to analyze sales data.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools.
