We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.

Responsibilities
Account & Store Management
  • Maintain relationships with key OTC customers across the country, ensuring proper execution in all stores.
  • Monitor and support in-store brand visibility, product availability, merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms and store-level execution standards.
Business Development
  • Actively develop the brand presence among installers and wholesalers through targeted activities, events, and training.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Leverage relationships to influence purchasing decisions and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Deliver regular product and sales trainings to customer teams, installers, and wholesalers to strengthen knowledge and loyalty.
Collaboration with Project Business
  • Understand and track project business trends and requirements to align OTC strategies with overall sales objectives.
  • Cooperate with the Project Sales team to ensure product specification and coordinated execution between project and OTC channels.
  • Lead and coordinate product launches in the OTC channel, ensuring effective sell-in and sell-out.
Sales & Reporting
  • Deliver sales targets in line with the channel strategy.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Channel Leader, including market intelligence and competitor activity.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and agreements within company guidelines.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the sanitary industry market (bathroom fittings)
  • Experience in direct customer service in a similar position or related to consulting
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Ease in building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Positive attitude towards achieving results
  • High self-discipline and responsibility
  • Willingness to travel frequently on business (throughout Poland)
  • Place of residence: Central Poland
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Valid category B driver's license and driving experience
