  • Creating & managing new business pipeline, including proactive lead generation
  • Developing and executing strategies focused on long term partnerships and growth cooperation with our customers and partners
  • Achieving and reporting on sales targets
  • Participating in projects staffing, allocation planning of consultants and teams
  • Building in-depth knowledge within the industries of our customers
  • Being our clients’ advocate, maintaining organized client feedback, and acting on it
  • Working closely with marketing, management, PMO, delivery teams as well as our Bavaria-based head office
Our requirements
  • At least 5 years B2B sales experience in IT services
  • University degree
  • Experience in working with foreign markets (EU, UK, USA)
  • Fluent, professional working English (at least C1) and Polish; knowledge of German will be highly advantageous
  • Ability to discover clients’ needs and to build long-term relationships through consultative selling
  • Professional approach towards clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of modern sales techniques, tools and processes
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for IT technologies
  • Teamwork mindset and eagerness for teaching others to help them grow
  • A sense of humour (a must-have)
