• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and support the store team and partner with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance.
• Assist the management team in onboarding and developing team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
• Guide the team to deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences in-store and virtually.
• Maintain client communication using clientelling apps and tools.
• Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
• Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs to ensure team alignment.
• Support loss prevention and follow store procedures.
