Junior (T&E) Travel & Expense Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in SAP Concur,
  • Auditing expense reports according to Travel & Expense Policy and company standards,
  • Posting expense reports into various ERP systems,
  • Managing Service Now – ticketing system,
  • Contacting with ADM Employees to provide expense reports support,
  • Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,
  • Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
  • Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities.

Junior (T&E) Travel & Expense Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Performing reconciliation reports,
  • Managing Service Now – ticketing system,
  • Contacting with ADM Employees to provide expense reports support,
  • Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,
  • Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
  • Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English-spoken and written,
  • Ability to communicate effectively,
  • Previous experience in a Shared Services and/or international environment (would be an advantage),
  • Good MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Power Point knowledge,
  • SAP Concur / Travel and Expense process experience (would be an advantage).
  • At least BA degree,
  • Problem solving and “Can do” attitude,
  • Good organizational skills,
  • Self-starter with ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines,
