Job summary

A leading electronics company in Kraków is seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to Polish tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, along with at least one year of practical experience in tax. Fluency in Polish and good English skills are required. Responsibilities include preparing VAT returns, collaborating on tax matters, and staying updated on legislation changes.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in tax (especially VAT), accounting, or audit environment (minimum 1 year).
  • Solid knowledge of Polish tax regulations: VAT, CIT, withholding tax.
  • Fluency in Polish (spoken & written) and good command of English (minimum B2).

  • Communicate with external tax advisors and tax authorities when required.
  • Take part in projects implementing new legal requirements (e.g., KSeF, changes in JPK/SAF-T reporting).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications

  • Exposure to cross-border or international tax matters
