Responsibilities

• Telephone contact in Spanish (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
• Performing cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
• Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
• Ongoing e-mail communication in Spanish and English
• Collaborating with other teams and internal clients
