Job summary

Medpace is expanding its Warsaw office to become the first non-US development center, offering an exciting opportunity to build and shape a new team as part of a large, fast-growing organization.

The Junior Software Engineer will work on core clinical systems and internal applications, applying C#, Angular, and SQL skills, with room to lead projects and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 1–2 years of software development experience using C#, Angular, Web Services, GraphQL, Git, and relational databases.
• Experience with Entity Framework and Azure DevOps is advantageous.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software release management.
• Prior experience modernizing systems to a cloud‑based platform (Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and document user requirements.
• Design, modify, develop and support software applications.
• Participate in the software validation process by developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, test cases and scripts.
• Create software applications following the software development life-cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Communicate with team members regarding projects, development tools, and procedures.
• Utilize skills in object‑oriented programming (C#), databases (SQL), and web applications (ASP.NET).
• Potential opportunities to lead software development projects.
