JUNIOR Software Developer C++/C#

Location: CRACOW

Work Model: Hybrid work

For our client, one of the biggest companies involved in designing, producing, selling, and maintaining a range of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, we are looking for a Junior Software Developer (C++ / C#).

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer and end-user challenges and help design effective solutions.
2. Recommend improvements to processes, technology, and interfaces to enhance team effectiveness and reduce technical debt.
3. Forecast capacity needs for component usage and identify potential limitations.
4. Contribute to story sizing, backlog refinement, and release planning.
5. Assist in designing products and solutions to address complex issues.
6. Develop software applications across multiple platforms based on stakeholder needs.
7. Write software and automated tests aligned with technical standards while understanding system architecture.
8. Participate in troubleshooting, support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products.
9. Mentor less experienced engineers with technical guidance.
10. Stay updated on new technologies and best practices, sharing insights within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Junior-level knowledge of C++ and C# (strong theoretical understanding and basic practical experience).
2. Practical experience with Visual Studio 2019+.
