Job summary

Tenet Communications & Technologies FZCO, a global design and growth marketing agency, is hiring a Junior SEO Executive for a fully remote role.

Responsibilities include developing SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, link-building outreach, and content briefs. You will maintain trackers, optimise blog content, and grow organic traffic across Tenet's websites.

Remote work with fixed schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, and occasional team meetups.

Qualifications

Exactly 1–2 years of full-time SEO experience.
Candidates with less than 1 year or more than 2 years of full-time SEO experience are not eligible for this role.
Freshers and candidates with internship-only experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Maintain a documented SEO strategy and cadence for Tenet websites.
Conduct keyword and topic research; create content briefs for blog articles.
Maintain on-site SEO hygiene: indexation, metadata, internal linking, broken links, cannibalisation, basic technical issues.
Create and maintain accurate NAP citations and business profiles for relevant sites.
Execute link-building outreach via email and LinkedIn, with follow-ups and tracking.
Build non-spammy engagement on Reddit and relevant communities as advised.
Track incoming link and content collaboration requests; monitor campaigns.
Update and optimise existing blog articles based on SEO performance and recommendations.
Develop resources and lead magnets to support organic traffic, links, and conversions.
Maintain SEO trackers and monitor rankings, traffic, indexation, backlinks, and content progress.
