Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
• Remove impediments to team progress
• Help teams continuously improve their processes
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
