Job summary

Tieto Deutschland GmbH is seeking an approachable Project Manager to support teams delivering software for a telecom client. The role is based in Wrocław with hybrid arrangements and a focus on delivering on time with quality.

You will coordinate project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project progress in a dynamic environment. English fluency and strong communication are essential, with additional telecom/IT background a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as project manager.
• Experience with Waterfall, Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in JIRA and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

• Managing the Project Team and deliverables for external client.
• Ensuring goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone within the Project Team.
• Communicating with stakeholders to understand their challenges and monitor progress.

Location: Wrocław- hybrid

Your responsibilities will be:

• Managing the Project Team and deliverables for external client,
• Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone within the Project Team,

• Leading meetings with stakeholders,

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as project manager (or on a similar role),
• Experience with Waterfall, Scrum and Agile,
• Experience in JIRA and related tools,
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimum supervision,
• Fluent in English (spoken and written),
• Ability to make your priorities also priorities for others,
• Telecommunication and IT background will be an additional advantage!
