A software development company in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process. You will work closely with the team to attract and onboard talent, utilize AI tools for efficiency, and ensure an organized recruitment pipeline. Candidates should have 0.5 to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Polish and English. This role is based in Wrocław, following a hybrid model.

This is a fixed-term contract (9 months) with a possibility of extension.
