We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist who'll join our talented People Team and support us in all recruitment, onboarding and talent-building efforts at Monterail.

This is a fixed-term contract (9 months) with a possibility of extension.

As our business expands, so does our team. Our primary goals are clear: to ensure we have the right people available for our projects and to maintain a highly efficient recruitment process.

Right now, that means we're putting a big effort into expanding our freelance network (MTN) for our most in-demand specializations. We’re also focused on automating our processes and using new AI tools to make our work even more efficient.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with our team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. This means:

  • Transforming business needs into compelling job descriptions. You'll know how to capture the essence of a role to attract the right candidates.
  • Knowing where and how to source the best talent. You'll use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and other sourcing channels to tap into the talent pool.
  • Managing the recruitment pipelines using our Workable ATS, ensuring a smooth and organized process.
  • Handling all candidate communication, including offers, negotiations, and providing timely feedback to everyone.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates to continuously expand and grow our freelancers' database (MTN) and conducting per-project hires.
  • Using AI in your daily work to help automate and optimize routine tasks like scheduling and generating personalized messages.
  • Planning and coordinating the best onboarding process for new team members.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and tools in AI-driven recruitment and sharing that knowledge with the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: About 0.5 - 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Interest in AI tools: A strong interest in how technology, particularly AI, can be applied to improve recruitment processes.
  • Communication: You excel at communication and have a skill for building lasting relationships. You’re also confident and comfortable during negotiations.
  • Mindset: You are a proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset, driven to make progress, and easily adaptable to dynamically cha

  • Language skills: A strong command of both written and spoken Polish and English.
  • Location: This role is Wrocław-based as we work in a hybrid model.
Salary
  • B2B Contract: 5 700 - 6 600 PLN net + VAT
  • Employment contract (UoP): 4 730 - 5 470 PLN gross
