About the Role

Are you early in your recruitment career and excited by the idea of combining people skills with AI-driven tools? This is a unique opportunity to join TechTree as a Junior Recruiter, supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations across fast-growing startups and scaleups.

You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters & a network of 100s of talent partners, learning modern techniques, and contribute to international hiring projects that have real impact.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
  • Support recruiters on live hiring projects
  • Learn end-to-end recruitment best practices with mentorship and training

About you:

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing and communication skills, especially on LinkedIn
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
